After accumulating experience in managing startups in both the United States and Japan, she transitioned to a prominent Japanese IT company. Concurrently, she built a career as a freelance PR and consultant. Alongside these achievements, she started contemplating providing support for women facing the inevitable hormonal and physical changes that come with career decisions—a challenge she had personally encountered. This desire led her to explore the Femtech industry and its future potential, inspiring her to initiate a collaborative project with like-minded individuals.
